The Reliance Valves Tenant Valve Compact is a versatile valve that serves multiple functions in a single unit, specifically designed for regulating water pressure in multi-unit sites. This valve is suitable for new housing developments or sites that utilise a master meter for the common water supply. One of the key advantages of this valve is its quick and easy installation and servicing. Its one-piece cartridge design eliminates the need for assembling multiple parts, reducing the risk of leaks and lowering labour costs. Moreover, this valve eliminates the need for unpacking, taping threads, applying joining compounds, and screwing parts together.

The Tenant Valve Compact includes various components such as a lever valve, a pressure reducing valve with an integral strainer, a serviceable double check valve, and a dual-reading pressure gauge that can be easily read from any direction. All these components are conveniently accessible from the front, allowing for fast and simple maintenance. Additionally, the valve comes with a moulded insulation cover, adding to its convenience. It is WRAS approved for both hot and cold water applications, ensuring its reliability and safety. With the ability to withstand pressures of up to 16 bar and temperatures of up to 65°C, this valve offers flexibility in water pressure regulation within a range of 1.5 - 6.0 bar.
