Delivery & Returns
Our delivery time frame is usually 3-7 working days from the next working day of your order. This is an estimate and instances such as stock shortages and delivery delays may affect the claimed delivery time. Our aim is to get your items to you as quick as possible. If you think the delivery cost is too high please contact us on [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate.
We have a 14 day return policy from the day your item is delivered. If you would like to return your item then please get in contact with us here. We will send you a returns number with the relevant instructions. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any refunds if we haven’t been notified within the 14 day period. For safety reasons boilers cannot be returned if opened, electrical goods cannot be returned if there was an attempt to fit the products.
All unwanted items will need to be returned at your own cost.
