Potential delays due to Royal Mail strikes
Our delivery time frame is usually 3-7 working days from the next working day of your order (excluding Bank Holidays). This is an estimate and instances such as stock shortages and delivery delays may affect the claimed delivery time. We do not process orders over bank holidays however please contact us to see if there is anything we can do for you. We urge you not to book any tradesman before receiving delivery as we cannot take any liability for costs incurred due to delays. Our aim is to get your items to you as quick as possible. Pallet charges are based off delivery to England. Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isles may incur additional charges, we will contact you if this is the case. Alternatively, contact us to find out more.
We have a 14 day return policy from the day your item is delivered. If you would like to return your item then please get in contact with us here. All items must be sealed and in a resaleable condition. We will send you a returns number with the relevant instructions. If the item has not been dispatched to us within the 14 day period the refund will be at our own discretion. For safety reasons boilers and electrical goods cannot be returned if opened. A restocking fee could apply depending on the item being returned. Please contact us first for more information.
All unwanted items will need to be returned at your own cost.
