Reliance Valves Tenant Valve Advance is an innovative valve that offers multiple functions in a single unit, specifically designed for controlling water pressure and monitoring water usage in multi-occupancy sites like residential high-rises and commercial offices.

This versatile valve includes a lever valve, a pressure reducing valve with an integrated in-line strainer, a serviceable double check valve, a dual-reading pressure gauge that can be easily read from any angle, and a connection point for an optional primary charging water meter. This eliminates the need for additional adaptors. With its user-friendly installation and servicing process, this valve's one-piece cartridge design minimises the risk of leaks and reduces labour costs compared to traditional valves that require assembling individual parts. No more unpacking, tapering threads, applying joining compounds, or screwing parts together.

All components of the valve are conveniently accessible from the front, allowing for quick and hassle-free maintenance. Additionally, the valve comes with a moulded insulation cover and an extra insulation ring for the water meter connection if needed. It is also approved by WRAS for both hot and cold water applications, this valve can withstand pressures of up to 16 bar and temperatures of up to 65°C. It is also adjustable within the range of 1.5 - 6.0 bar.
